What is LeadSwap?
LeadSwap is a marketplace platform that connects businesses looking for leads with lead generators who have high-quality lead lists. Our platform enables secure transactions, quality assurance, and a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.
How do I get started?
To get started, simply create an account by clicking the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar. Once you've created your account, you can browse available lead lists as a buyer or create your own lists to sell.
Is LeadSwap free to use?
Creating an account on LeadSwap is completely free. As a buyer, you only pay for lead lists you purchase. As a seller, we take a small commission (10%) from each sale you make. There are no monthly fees or subscriptions required.
For Buyers
How do I purchase a lead list?
Browse the available lead lists, select one that interests you, and click on it to view detailed information. If you decide to purchase, click the "Buy Now" button and follow the checkout process. After successful payment, you'll gain immediate access to download the lead list.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and all transactions are encrypted for your security.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
All lead lists on our platform are required to meet our quality standards. However, if you believe a list doesn't match its description or contains significant errors, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
For Sellers
How do I sell lead lists on LeadSwap?
To sell lead lists, you'll need to create a seller account by connecting your Stripe account. Go to your dashboard and click on "Connect Stripe" to get started. Once your account is set up, you can create and publish lead lists for sale.
How much can I charge for my lead lists?
You have complete control over pricing your lead lists. We recommend pricing based on factors like lead quality, volume, niche, and freshness. Our platform takes a 10% commission on each sale.
When do I get paid for my sales?
Payments are processed through Stripe Connect. After a sale, funds (minus our commission) are transferred directly to your Stripe account. Depending on your Stripe account settings, you can either receive automatic payouts or manually withdraw funds.

What file formats are supported for lead lists?
We support CSV, Excel (XLSX), and JSON formats for lead lists. When uploading your list, please ensure it's properly formatted and includes headers for each data column.
